Where in Malaysia can i rent a supermarket for one night only?

Racing with bicycle on the road outdoors has been so boring. Racing indoors is really fun. I've done it before in some big houses. Overtaking bikes is a challenge indoors. On the streets, you just need to be more physically fit and make more speed. In indoors, It's like F1 drivers trying to find a way to get through the car ahead of them.

Any supermarkets would allow me to do this? Or any of you guys have big house capable of making a track inside and you are willing to allow me to have a bicycle race in it?

Constipating baby pls help?

Hie I'm from Malaysia and both my kids are on the EnfalacA+ and EnfagrowA+ forrmula's and they seem to be constipating especially my boy whose on enfagrow A+ I do not want to change their milk but I am not sure is it the milk which is constipating him he has a trauma each time he passes motion...slight blood at times and the stool is pretty hard as he tends to control his motion for 2 days. Have anyone encountered this with the Enfa product? Is the milk safe ?? My mom is making it a big issue saying tht tis ilk product is the cause of it...what else can i give my babies to avoid constipating pls help
baby gurl is 4 mths old n my boy is 3 years old. I have checked with my doctor and they adv to take Karo corn syrup which is riddicullous to find in Malaysia and my mom is arguing wit me saying its the milk..Can i conclude that i can remain with the same milk but give him more veges n fruits n high fibre meal and slowly will ease off the constipation?? cause he hates vegetables so i have to blend them wif rice n feed hime like proidge he eats chicken n fish with tno problem he jus hates fruits n vege since thn he is kinda improving he no longer bleeds but he tends to hold back due to the trauma n it gets harden whn it comes the nx day...

I've read that there ARE some milk products that may promote constipation. How old are your babies? Are they already old enough to take semi-solids? If they are, Cerelac Gold in prunes, oats, yogurt and raspberry variety may help. But if they are still younger than 6 months, please ask your doctor for alternative milk. Breast milk helps do away with constipation too.
There is a baby exercise you can do to help relieve constipation: Lay your babies on their backs on the floor, and, holding him by the ankles, move his legs in a gentle, bicycling action. You can also vary this exercise sometimes by reaching baby's arm to the opposite leg and so on. These motions can help baby get rid of painful gas in his tummy and may help relieve constipation.
