I would like to by a bike seat cushion for my kid he is 9 years old. His bike seat is hard. By the way what are gel sattles

"By the way what are gel sattles"? SADDLES, not sattles. When you ride a horse, do you sit on a seat or a saddle? Saddle - of course. SAME thing with bicycles. It's a SADDLE not a seat.

The "best" saddles have NO padding or gel whatsoever.

The only thing needing support is the "sit bones". Wide cushioned and/or gel saddles do NOT work. They push all that padding or gel AWAY from the sit bones as soon as you sit on them. Then all that padding or gel flows to areas of soft tissue & blood vessels-squeezing them off - and causing MORE pain.

How do i lose weight in my legs without building muscle?

I have big legs and thighs and i want to lose weight in them but i don't want to build to much muscle in them because then they will be big and muscly.
I was going to get a stair stepper , will that just make them bigger or help me lose weight in them ?

Do not be afraid to build up muscle mass...anywhere in your body. Women cannot be very muscular unless they exercise for hours and take male supplements like athletes, runners, boxers, bodybuilders...

For the same mass, muscle mass is 3 times heavier than body fat (or you could say muscle mass takes 3 times less space than body fat for the same weight so you get thinner without even losing weight).

Do aerobics to burn body fat. After 20 minutes, you start using a percentage of fat reserves. Youâll burn one pound of body fat for each 3,500 calories of exercising that youâre doing (providing that you eat enough to cover your BMR and your growth and not mess up your metabolism). Depending on how much body fat you are storing overall, and what is your bodyâs preference to store body fat, you could first lose body fat on your upper body or lose it everywhere at once (then youâre lucky).

Also fat in the thighs is the âbaby fatâ, for the baby you could have if youâre old enough and young enough. Itâs the fat that you would see melt like snow in the sun when youâre breastfeeding (itâs a preservation of the species kind of thing as a baby would not survive more than a few days without food, your body does not know about formula).

To get muscle mass, not be big and muscular, but to get toner and thinner legs, do door squats (quads, hamstrings, gluteus), leg extensions (quads), lunges (quads), use a ThighMaster (hip adductors), side leg lifts (hip abductors), butt/hip extension (gluteus), pelvic lifts (gluteus), back leg lifts (gluteus, hamstrings) and heel raises (calves).
Do calisthenics and use small weights for you abs and youâre upper body as well. The more muscle mass you get (donât kid yourself, youâll gain like one pound a month) the higher your metabolism gets so the more body fat you burn.

I donât know about the stair stepper. Never tried it. Stairs in my own house bore me already and Iâm going somewhere when using them.


Note:
You can get great looking shapely, strong thin legs in about 3 months.

Aerobics:
Choose 3 main activities (I walk/jog, swim and bike).

Anaerobics:
Do only one set to failure and rest every other days (or more if youâre older, wait for the soreness to go away before resuming weight training).

For the weight training, do calisthenics (crunches, lunges, squats, push-ups, heel raisesâ¦) and use free weights (leg extension, butt/hip extension, back left lift, dumbbells curls and other arm/shoulder/back exercises). Make sure that you eat well so you get a good blood sugar level since your body cannot use body fat doing anaerobics (not enough oxygen, since itâs too intense).
Squats are the best (quads, hamstrings and gluteus â Lower Body) but also do lunges (quads â Lower Body), push-ups (chest, triceps and shoulders â Upper Body) and any exercise you feel that you needâ¦dumbbells curls for biceps (Upper Body) or using a ThighMaster for hip adductors (inner thighs â Lower Body).

A whole body workout could be push-ups (Upper Body), lunges (Lower Body), back strengtheners (UB), door squats (LB), shoulder lateral raises (UB), leg extension (LB), triceps extensions (UB), ThighMaster (LB), dumbbells curls (UB), side leg lifts (LB), crunches (abs) and heel raises (LB).

Then, if you have an extra half an hour, you could do more crunches (abs) and upright row (UB), butt/hip extension (LB), arm kickbacks (UB), back leg lifts (LB) and seated rows (UB).
