I am short, like 5 foot. I want to use it for low to moderate exercise. Something Comfortable and durable. Maybe dark gray or dark blue. I live in St. Louis, so maybe from Dicks Sporting Goods or Walmart? I have not had a bicycle since I was a kid and am excited to own one again! Any suggestions are appreciated!

I was just wondering if this bike http://www.walmart.com/ip/29-Mongoose-Stat-Men-s-Mountain-Bike-Blue-Silver/26999365 can support me. I'm 6'5 300lb. If not, plz recommend one.

A) Discount store bikes come in one generic frame size for kids & teens. Waaaaaay too small for someone 6'5" tall.
B) Discount store bikes will not withstand a 300 lb. person on a regular basis. Within a few months (tops) the rear wheel & hub will be toast...trash.
C) Recommendation? Go To A Bicycle Shop. A REAL bicycle shop. Not Amazon.com, K-Mart, Target or Wally World. Ask to see a touring bike with a tall frame size.
