I am looking for the cheapest place to get a bike powered by gas or kit.

For the record, gas powered bicycles are not legal to ride on the street (in the US), and technically, neither are electric ones. They are considered motor vehicles and do not have blinkers, headlights, brake lights and things to make them legal for street use. if you cannot register it as a motor vehicle and make it pass inspection then it is not legal. thats why go karts and pocket bikes are not legal on the streets.. same with dirt bikes and 4 wheelers.
on the other hand it's also illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk in most towns. and also, you cannot operate a motor vehicle on the sidewalk either. soooooo...
as far as motorized bicycle kits, you will probably look to spend 500 or 600 bucks..
for an extra 200, you can buy a scooter like this one

in most states, since it's a 50cc, you won't have to have a motorcycle license to operate it. but as with ANY motor vehicle (including a gas powered bicycle) you need some sort of a driver's license to ride it on the street legally (even though as i said gas powered bikes are not legal to ride -period- on the street)
you're not asking for opinions, but, if i were to offer mine, i'd say buy a little scooter. or, go for an electric bike kit (some of them can get you up to 70mph... not kidding) because they are less assuming / less obvious to the cops, and you can probably argue the fact that it's not a motor vehicle if you aren't old enough to drive yet....

Some place where there is affordable lodging, places for four wheeling and dirt bikes, or snowmobiles. I need a great rate. We are a bunch of kids 20 and up wanting to party too, so preferably some where in the middle of no where haha i.e. a cabin, lake house.. that sort of thing.
