I would not recommend a Chinese 2-stroke mini-bike. I would recommend the 70cc to 125cc 4-strokes. I own two of these and they work and ride good. The 2-stroke is going to be working a lot harder than a 4-stroke and I just don't see the Chinese 2-stroke lasting more than a year or two.

what parts do you need to build a 49cc 2-stroke engine from nothing?

i have a moped frame with no wheels and no engine how to i complete it so it runs with no problems i want it to be able to idle after a pedal start a list would be nice. if its a used engine cylinder does it need to be reboared for new piston rings?

You need to buy a 50cc, 2 stroke engine block... first part on the list ;) You could get one cheap from on of those old mini-bikes, or one of those little 50cc kids dirt bikes.
