Mini Motorcycle for kids?

I'm 13 and I want a motorcycle type thing to drive around. I want it to go at least 18mph and I need it to be able to drive for a while. The pockets bikes don't look that fun to me because they are so small so unless someone gives me a good suggestion then I think I will get a stand-up electric scooter. Also I want the motorcycle type thing to definitely be electric as I live in San Francisco, CA

That thing is a toy made for little kids, take the $300 and buy a bicycle it will last more then 30 days. You can go a lot faster and further on a bicycle.
