kids bike handlebar bag image

I was riding my bike around my local neighborhood with a few friends, they were in the fire company as new cadets, while there I met my friend Justin from school, we were talking with my 3 other friends (Chris, zack, and Colin). Around here the only play to play basketball is full of the local teen druggies, and the only other place the basketball hoops are broken. Zack and Chris told me since they are with the fire house they could go in the old middle school (firehouse owns that school) since they were firefighters. So zack Chris and Colin went in, I chilled outside and rode my bike around the neighborhood, zack Colin and Chris came up to me and said they got in trouble by the fire Marshall, I wasn't expecting any big issues, then I found out Colin spray painted, Colin is only a 12 year old. I knew that something wasnt really feeling right and I was about to go home, then, a cops pulls up. I get charged with the spray painting crimes. In between the time of them coming out and the cop showing up, Colin had put pink spray paint on my bike handlebars and I had pink paint on my hands and the cop thought I did the crime because Colin had no paint on his. Colin also had broke a window, again, we all get charged with that. The charges added up are trespassing (but there were NO "no trespassing" signs as I looked around), as well as malicious destruction. So far I have visited an intake officer and we cleared some of the story up. She said in two weeks she would call, it took five. Now I have To go to real court. My question is, what will my penalties be? I'm 15 years old, from the state of Maryland, and I have a clean record in school and out, as well as a bad home life (abusive father, no mother and I live with my grandparents).
I meant the only place to play basketball*

nothing really-
i hope you learned your lesson about hanging out with douche bags
be glad he was just tagging and not anything more extensive
I would think a good lawyer would ask the cops if they saw a spray bottle on you- did you have a bottle with your prints? was it possible another kid sprayed you as well?
boom- no proof
did the cop see you on the property? then that is just trespassing- just a misdemeanor-- with no record you will get off with probation most likely - even with both charges-
stop hanging with douches

How did you break your bone? Did it hurt?
Sierra
Im bored and just outta curiosity here i would like to hear your stories about breaking your bones. I think sometimes peoples stories are hilarious cuz their just so clumsy, its not funny that they broke a bone, but how they did it is funny. I broke my ankle playing tag...i fell to the ground and the kid i was playing with rolled over my ankle and broke it. haha. I would like to hear yours. (: Thank You.

ok, i broke my pinky finger when i was 9 or 10 riding my bike at camp. i was riding along and i was about to turn so i didnt hit a car in the parking lot and this kid rode his bike straight into me and somehow my pinky was in between our handlebars. we called my mom and she said to stay at camp and i would go to the ER that night. i walked down to the tables to lay my head down and i put my arm down in a bee, then we called my mom again (im allergic to bees) and they asked if they could give me benadryll, she approved and they gave me benadryll. i went home and fell asleep (from the benadryll) and slept on my pinky. when my mom got home i went to the ER because my finger was black from sleeping on it. haha.
and one time i rode a bean bag down the stairs and flipped off and severely sprained my ankle and almost broke my back. i stacked one bean bag on top of the other and one top one slid off of the bottom one, then i slid off of the top one. i went head first straight down and luckily i put my hands down and did a front handspring, when i landed ay ankle got caught in the rails and snapped, which caused my to slam my back on the edge of the stairs.
and i broke my pinky toe somehow, i dont even remember how. hahaha.
i love these questionsss <3
