Handle bar: Somthing Carbon fiber
Rear suspension: RockShox Monarch XX XLoc

My questions are:

Is there a better frame that I could use? Specifically

What wheels would you reccomend?

Is there anything else I would need to buy?

How much would it cost to have a bike shop assemble this bike after I buy all the parts?

Answer
Well, you know how and where you are riding better than me, so if you believe those parts are what you want, go for it.

In my shop, a frame-up build not including wheel building STARTS at $250. It is ALWAYS more expensive to build a bike from parts than to find a comparable model from any of the many builders... thats right, you could save half or more from your budget just by buying a ready-built bike!

Also, you need to make absolutely sure that everything is compatible- do you even know what bottom bracket length you need, or the seat post diameter, or the steerer diameter?

By the way, you forgot some important (and potentially expensive) parts like the wheels, chain, crank, bottom bracket, seat post, saddle, tires, tubes, rim strips, headset, hand grips, pedals, spacers, quick releases, seat binder, and kickstand.

OK, I'm kidding about the kickstand. Kind of.
