How rare are all Chrome bikes?
How does it only sell for 200$ when, I just checked the price to get a bike chromed and it was at least $500?

Answer
The last Haro F3 was made in 2010 and the last chrome one was made in 2005. Then it sold new for $220. That means your bike is at LEAST 8 model years old.

Value is about $70.

EDIT: The cost of chroming a bike frame IS very high. Thats due to several reasons.

First, a special anode has to be cut just for your frame and it can only be used once. Production frames are set up so many can be done, cutting the cost WAY down.

Second, I can't think of any platers that are set up to immediately take care of a bike frame so they have to do a setup, again costing a lot of money for just one unit.

Third, most platers do a triple plating- first copper, then nickel, then chrome. Production bikes only get a flash chrome which is why it looks lousy around the bottom bracket and "hidden" areas of the frame. This area is caused by what is called a Faraday Cage. If you want to know what that is you can look it up.

Finally, the platers really don't want to do it so they make you pay out the nose. I can tell you first-hand the number of kids that call a place like that and expect a frame to be chromed for the cost of a spray paint can. Chrome plating is NOT paint.

How can I get my bike to do this?

Yes, that's a real photo. Some kid left his bike in the woods and forgot about it.
I know it'll take a looooong time but does it need to stay still in the same position for the tree to grow around it or what?

Answer
yep, you ca do. I have seen that with cars too
