I want to make for a kids party license plates. Where can I find templates?(Size 8,5cm x 5.5 cm)?

The license plates should have the kids name and look pretty real, only in minature size. They will get the plates stuck on their shirts.

in many Walmart stores, they sell small plastic license plates by the bicycles. They have many common names available, and also have blank plates with letters for you to make your own names.

Are children in the UK allowed to be named Regina?

In discussion with family, I was told that children in the UK, and other areas of the Commonwealth are not allowed to be named Regina, because it is the common name for the Queen Elizabeth II, is this true? :S

That's a rotten name. Poor kid. She will always be teased and called Va jay jay (as Ofra would say.)
Plus no little bicycle name license plate!
