Mine was Ugg boots for my daughters... I know shame on me buying 2.5 year old Uggs but they looked so cute stomping around in them.. to make a long story short my kids play in the snow a lot and they did not even last our whole winter. My 7 year old son got an Ipod... lost it a few weeks after! Sure it will turn up but until then... whats the most expensive thing you bought your child that was unnecessary?

My daughter screamed in it while my husband pulled it with his bike and she thrashed around enough to slip out of the harness. She does like being pushed in it with her brother but when it is not attached to the bike. It works as a double stroller too but it is impracticable to bring anywhere. It does not fold easily or flat enough to fit in the trunk.

The amount of money you spend should be based on how much you're actually going to use the trailer and the weight of the kids, all trailers have weight ratings, most up to 100lbs so be sure to check those out. If you buy the Burley it will have quick release hubs and sealed bearings and take down ability for storage which may or may not matter to you but it will be a better built trailer but also a lot more expensive. It's like everything else in cycling you get what you pay for.
