Lots of exercises make people bulk up. If you want long lean muscles (you need muscle to live, just not short stocky huge ones) you need to do Pilates and/or yoga.
Pilates makes long lean muscles like Cameron Diaz has, or Madonna. At any weight you don't want to be jiggly or literally skin and bones because it is NOT going to keep you alive. And whatever reason you want to be stick thin, you need to survive.
I'm guessing you will believe me that Cameron Diaz looks great and is NOT fat.. nor is she anorexic. So, with that given, start with Pilates as your main exercise, add in Yoga if you can but you MUST do Pilates if you want the Long muscles that will provide the look you are seeking. Eat a very MINIMUM of 1200 calories a day, that's if you're short (think 5'1") if you're taller you need more like 1500/day and these numbers will make you lose a ton of weight. Please remember to eat. If you don't your metabolism will freak out and try to store every calorie it gets and you will get FAT by not eating. I'm not kidding, it happens. You need 2 things: 1. Exercise and 2. a Good Metabolism.
Your metabolism will tank if you don't eat at least the minimums I stated earlier.

Why do parents buy their kids motorized scooters and bikes? SHould younger kids need exercise?

When I was young, I had a bicycle; skip-its; hoola-hoops; played sports; did a paper route.
Why do parents let their kids have motorized scooters and sit on the computer all day, nowadays?
More exercise when they're young means a more lively lifestyle in the future.
