They bark at the kids,bikes,people walking by,EVERYTHING!!Please HELP me!!!

There are a fair few products on the market that help to reduce barking.
You can try those citronella collar thats spray a puff of citronella mist into its face when it barks.
Likewise, there are also water collars that spray a jet of water instead if some owners feel that the citronella may irritate the dog's sense of smell.
However, I find the "Good Neighbour Bark Breaker" to be more effective and less invasive (imagine having water or liquid sprayed at your face!). What it does is that it emits a high pitch sound everytime your dog barks. It has a rather large effective range, so you can also use it on your neighbour's dog if it keeps barking! (hence the name, Good Neighbour)
It is more of a behaviour modification device than a punishment device.
P.S. Dont forget, a tired dog is a happy dog! So tired it out by playing games or walking it often and it will happily snooze the rest of the day out without bothering others.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out in building a pull behing wagon or trailer made out of wood and bike tires for haulign kids around or other thing. Juts want some ideas on how to set it up. THANKS

well basically a T style frame would work with one wheel on each side and the other for the tongue
with no suspension
also look at a trailer frame kit at northern tool for around $180.00
then you just bolt it together and make it from there
