Answer
We had a KLX 110 which is a dirt bike. It was a heck of a trail bike. You could easily do a hare scrambles on it if you were a kid. 135lbs was aroud the weight limit because the foot pegs were bolted to the motor. It would probably go around 40mph with a 135 lb rider on it. But it would pull plenty hard. Only had 3 speeds. I wouldn't advise buying an "off brand" one.

Answer
With today's motorcycles, it is not uncommon to see what some may consider high mileage. There are several factors you have to take into consideration, 1. Age of the machine 2. Has regular maintenance been done? 3. Has the machine been abused, neglected or laid down? And 4. Has any jerry-rigging on the electrical and mechanical components been done?
Taking the above into account, a bike that has been taken care of, all service done at the recommended intervals and not abused by exceeding it's designed performance limits usually will last many many years beyond it's expected life. Example: I have a 1980 kawasaki KZ1300 with 26,000 miles, its in good shape, well maintained and not abused and should last at least another 26,000 plus miles very easily. I've seen 50,000 and 100,000 mile bikes that still have plenty of life in them just because the owners has taken care of their machines.
And the very nature of a sport bike is power and speed. Some of these machines are owned by a young kid or twenty-something adult who usually take these machines to the design limits or use them for stunting. These machines are designed for speed and handling not stunting.
And finally to answer your question based on what I said in the above paragraphs, Sports bikes with any amount of miles may be considered HIGH milage if the history of the machine shows signs of neglect, abuse or jerry-rigging. Generally, a high performance machine will wear out faster than one built for endurance. And a sports bike that is taken care of and not neglected or abused, 32,000 plus miles is considered high mileage but not at the end of it's service life.
