a conservative republican told this to me, what are they actually trying to say Obama wants to do? or is it completely made up?

The "Born Alive" issue is irrelevant. The Fetus is incapable of surviving at all at the point that the issue is referring to. The deserts and rivers thing I am not familiar with, but frankly, it sounds like something that was taken way out of context and blown way out of proportion by paranoid repubs, just like the first issue.

Q. I am looking for a 125cc to 150cc mini dirt bike for my child.
i want it to be nice but not to expensive because he will soon grow out of it.

a 125 to 150 is not really for a child. It will be tough to get something for 500.00 that is a major brand. Remember a Honda, Yamaha Kawaski, Suzuki will hold some value especially the entry level bikes. It is hard to tell you what to look for since you did not mention his size, age, and skill level.
